Now more than ever, it is critical for leaders to create inclusive communities within their organizations and for the customers and stakeholders. But, how is this accomplished? Organizational leaders often fear the unknown and so may be hesitant to launch inclusion initiatives when they are most needed. In this experiential and discussion-based training, participants will:

    1. Discuss, analyze and compare the hiring, development and culture-building practices of three high-performing organizations and how these practices create an inclusive culture.
    2. Learn what real inclusion looks like within organizations while examining the strengths and limitations of popular memes and models that circulate on the internet and in trainings.
    3. Identify the value of storytelling and group storytelling using Marshall Ganz’ narrative model to foster dialogue.
    4. Practice the Give One/Get One strategy and Respect Matrix to build deeper and more authentic communication among employees and stakeholders.

*All participants receive a PDF of all templates and PowerPoint slides.
