When the world shifts beneath our feet, we all need a little extra support. With kids at home, worries about health, and the difficulties of quarantine, working from home is challenging to say the least. This transition goes far beyond working from home, as it includes adjusting to a multitude of family and health-related challenges. This session focuses on tools to give you perspective, help you stay calm, manage your stress and keep your focus. It also provides you with the opportunity to discuss the challenges you are experiencing, in small breakout groups.

In this session, you will learn:

    (1)  Tips for structuring your day and keeping connected to others
    (2)  Self-care techniques to keep you centered and calm
    (3)  Tips for disengaging from worry, conflict and tension

In this session, you will have the opportunity to talk about what is stressing you at work and learn specific tools to help you address your specific challenges.

Members must register, in advance, thru Zoom as well (sorry about the double registration!)
A link will appear at the bottom of the screen once you complete ASHRM registration
