The conference will be located in Anne Arundel County, MD. Exact location will be announced in December 2024.

- Conference Committee will stop collecting Call for Speaker form submissions on January 6, 2025.
- Conference Committee will be reviewing submissions and will reach out with decisions on selected speakers by January 17, 2025.
